The provocations between Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather, boxing legend, remains on the rise. After Floyd complain about comparisons made including the Irishman, Conor, who responded by saying that the former boxer should “talk to your face”, established a price for a possible confrontation against the North American. And he wasn't at all modest in his request.
“He (Mayweather) wants a boxing challenge, he doesn’t want a fight. I want US$100 million (around R$340 million) in money to fight him within boxing rules. He’s afraid of a real fight,” said McGregor, during an appearance at a nightclub in the United States.
The curious fact was the attitude of McGregor, who even praised “Money”. However, as always, he took a dig at his rival.
“Much respect for Floyd. He is a great businessman at what he sets out to do. He is an animal in what he sets out to do. But as for a real fight, as for pure, unarmed combat, Floyd doesn't want any of that. He’s not ready for that”, concluded the Irishman.
