Anderson Silva is already training hard for his return to MMA, next month, in the main fight of UFC London before Michael Bisping. The former middleweight champion appeared in a video improving his striking and physical conditioning during training.

In muay thai training, “Spider” kicks the handles intensely, especially with his left leg, which was fractured in 2013 in the fateful rematch against Chris Weidman.
