the irish Conor McGregor He really lives as a star in Ultimate. After winning Dustin poirier last Saturday (27), earning the second highest salary at UFC 178 and, for many, establishing himself as a potential challenger for the featherweight title, the Irishman used social media to show off with the much-coveted Ultimate belt.
“Ivory and gold. I call it 'The Vegas'”, wrote McGregor along with a photo of himself wearing an ivory suit, the same one he wore at the UFC 178 press conference, in which he wore the Ultimate belt over his shoulder.
But McGregor didn't stop there. A few hours later, the Irishman returned to social media to record his expectations for sales of pay-per-view of UFC 178. “Waiting for the numbers from pay-per-view like…” wrote Conor, along with an image of the character “Riquinho Rico”, played in the cinema by actor Macaulay Culkin.
At 26, Conor McGregor has a professional record of 16 wins and two losses. Former lightweight and featherweight champion of the European Cage Warriors event, McGregor debuted in Ultimate in April last year and has since won four consecutive victories.
