On the eve of facing the English promise Paddy Pimblett, the brazilian Luigi Vendramini doesn't seem to be worried about his opponent's play. The lightweight fighter (up to 70,3kg) praised his opponent's media style, but demonstrated his desire to give the newcomer a 'reality check'. The statement was given in an interview with 'Combate'.

“I saw that he doesn’t have a game pattern, he comes with any strategy. Take it down, change it, jump, there are some strange kicks. I would like to be that guy who talks and promotes himself, but I can't. I have difficulty taking photos with fans. My photos on Instagram are always of me not paying attention. He no. He knows how to sell himself, he has several sponsors, he knows how to talk... I admire that, but this isn't a BBB, right? This is a fight. I think he will be defeated and come to his senses. I'm going to lower his morale. I go there with humility, I know I will win on Saturday, because I am more than prepared. I'm not worried about the 'hype' surrounding him, that talk. I'm going to knock him out and I'm going to be a life lesson for him. I'm going to show that this is not an amusement park. I want to knock him out or submit, because he comes from jiu-jitsu, and he thinks he has a good ground game. I'm going to show him that jiu-jitsu isn't English, it's Brazilian”, said the Brazilian.
With four fights in the UFC, Luigi has managed one win and two losses so far. In his last fight, the Brazilian athlete was defeated by fares ziam in June of this year. In his record, the fighter has a history of nine triumphs and two setbacks.
